Breast Augmentation

This is a 31-year-old female that was unhappy with the size of her breast. After two children she had decided she was done having children and it was time to do something for her. She coordinated having and umbilical hernia repaired along with a breast augmentation. Saline filled implants were placed under the muscle using a periareolar incision. Both implants were then filled to 375cc, giving her the volume she wanted.
