Breast Augmentation

his is a 46-year-old female who after three children felt her breast were too small and deflated. She chose a breast augmentation to help get back the fullness that was lost after children. Saline implants were chosen and filled to 325 cc. They were placed through a periareolar incision and under the muscle. This gave her the natural look she wanted.
