    • Fat transfer breast augmentation procedure is an outpatient procedure performed under general anesthesia
    • Depending upon how much liposuction is being performed, the procedure takes between 60-90 minutes
    • Liposuction is performed on areas of unwanted fat deposits. Liposuction fat is processed and transferred to the breasts to create a naturally enhanced and rejuvenated breast
    • Compression bra and abdominal binder is placed
    • Do NOT place ice on the breasts which would injure the fat grafts
    • Patient is usually seen 24-28 hours in office for dressing change and allowed to shower at 48 hours
    • Light activity including car driving and lifting <10 lbs 3-7 days
    • Full activity at 7-10 days
    • Swelling and bruising 7-10 days
    • Final results at 6 weeks with 50-60% fat graft retention
