NouveauLift – is our signature in office facelift/rhytidectomy performed in office under local anesthesia and oral Valium to produce consistently natural and long lasting facial rejuvenating results. This patient had concerns of progressive jowls, neck laxity and loss of mid facial volume. She underwent a NouveauLift with vertical suspension of her SMAS (facial muscles) with redraping of her excess skin to eliminate her jowls, recreation her jawline and remove a lot of her neck skin laxity.
