Breast Reduction

This is a 42-year-old female with significantly large breast and ptosis. The patient lost 75 pounds and her breasts are extensively deflated and quite heavy and low. Her breasts are also larger than they should be as well. A breast reduction was planned to help alleviate the patient. Resection on the right breast was 593 grams and 380 on the left.
