Dysplastic Nevus

57 year old Caucasian female with a childhood mole on her thigh. Lesion was biopsied 10 years prior and pathology came back as a benign congenital nevus. During a routine skin screening the lesion was noted to have slight irregularities but according to patient there was no change in lesion. Lesion was biopsied and was positive for a sever dysplastic nevus.
