Breast Reconstruction

This is a 56-year-old female with left breast carcinoma schedule for a mastectomy and immediate reconstruction. The reconstruction was done with a latissimus dorsi myocutaneos flap and saline implant. For symmetry a saline implant was inserted in the right breast. Approximately one year later after one revision she had nipple areola reconstruction to her left breast.
