Breast Reconstruction

This is a 68-year-old female with left breast cancer. Immediate reconstruction of her left breast was done at the time of her mastectomy, using an Alloderm graft and tissue expander. Her reconstruction was broken up into a two stage procedure. The second stage consisted of replacing the tissue expander with a 550cc silicone gel implant and a mastopexy to the right breast for symmetry.
