Breast Reconstruction

This is a 67-year-old female with right breast cancer status post mastectomy. An Immediate right breast reconstruction was done with a latissimus dorsi flap and saline implant filled to 200 cc. A second procedure was done to revise the original reconstruction using liposuction on the right lateral chest wall area to help recontour and reduce the area.
