Breast Augmentation

This is a 37-year-old female with concerns about her breast size. She has always been unhappy with her size and decided to move forward with a breast augmentation. She had a slight asymmetry with the left inframammary fold up 1 cm higher than the right. She chose saline implants that were filled to 450cc, giving her the look and size she was after.
