Breast Augmentation

This is an 18-year-old with concerns of small breasts. Her breasts are similar in size but have a slight asymmetry in her nipple location. Saline implants were used and filled to 360 cc, they were placed through an inframammary fold incision and under the muscle. At 5’6” and 145 pounds she felt this was a perfect size for her.
