Breast Augmentation

This is a 39-year-old female with a symptomatic umbilical hernia and complaints about her breasts. She coordinated an umbilical hernia repair with a breast augmentation. Starting at a 34A she was looking for a breast size that fit her 5’8” 130 pound frame. She chose a saline implant that was filled to 325cc and inserted through an inframammary fold incision an inserted under the muscle.
