Breast Augmentation

This is a 47-year-old female who is unhappy with her chest area. After two children and weight loss she was not only unhappy with the size of her breast but the areas around the breast. She is starting at a 38 B and after about a 50 pound weight loss still had some trouble spots on the lateral part of her breast. A breast augmentation was performed to address the breast and liposuction was done to address the excess fat on the lateral part of her chest. She chose saline implants that were filled to 525cc and placed submuscular through an inframammary fold incision.
