Breast Augmentation

This is a 42-year-old female who after having two children was able to get herself back in shape. Unfortunately, she still had a few problem areas. Her main concerns were abdomen, thighs, and breast. Her abdomen was addressed with a mini abdominoplasty; through this the doctor was able to remove the small bit of excess skin on the lower part of her abdomen. He was also able to address the small bulge created by the separation of her muscles, which were repaired during the mini abdominoplasty. Liposuction was also done on her flanks, inner and outer thighs and banana roll area to create an overall better shape.
She was also unhappy with her breasts. She was looking to gain the fullness she had lost after children and weight loss. Silicone Gel implants were placed under the muscle through an inframammary fold incision. Due to a slight asymmetry a 475cc implant was placed in the right breast and 450 cc on the left. This improved not only the lack of fullness but also improved her slight ptosis and asymmetry.
