Breast Augmentation

This is a 32-year-old female with small breast that are slightly different from side to side. After her two children she was ready to move forward and have a breast augmentation. Saline implants were placed through an inframammary fold incision and under the muscle. Due to the slight asymmetry the left breast implant was filled to 500 cc and the right to 525 cc. This fit her frame of 5’6” and 170 pounds very well.
