Breast Augmentation with Lift

This is a 41-year-old female who presents mild breast ptosis and asymmetry. She is post two children and is looking for her breasts to be larger and more symmetric. To improve the asymmetry a saline implant was used, the right breast implant was filled to 450 cc and the left to 300 cc. A concentric mastopexy was done to lift the nipple/areola and make them more symmetric as well.
