Breast Augmentation with Lift

This is a 28-year-old female who has significant breast ptosis. She currently wears a 36 C but her left breast has significant ptosis and her breast size does not match her frame as she is quite broad across the shoulders as well as tall at 5’9”. A mastopexy was done to lift the breast back to the appropriate position and an implant was utilized to give her fullness. A moderate plus saline implant was filled to 240 cc and in the submuscular position through her mastopexy incisions.
