Breast Augmentation with Lift

This is a 26-year-old female with significantly different breasts. She underwent a unilateral augmentation nine years ago on the right. She is left with a significantly different breast the much smaller breast on the right side and a much higher breast with a nipple areolar complex approximately 4 cm higher on the left side. She feels the size on her left is reasonable. She would like to be slightly bigger than that and obviously markedly bigger than she is on the right side. Additionally, she needed a lift on the left side to bring things back up into a better position. Finally, the nipple areolar complex location and shape on the right are somewhat distorted and she wanted a more round appearance to this as well and a significant up sizing of it. In the end the right breast was filled to 520 cc and the left to 250cc. This gave her a much closer looking result.
